A trio of modular jams fleshed out and put in a new light. The album and track titles were inspired by the finding of an old school desk on my road. Its inscriptions hinted at a number of other lives and stories, but it was the name Mary Ann Pledge that jumped out. Here's to scrawling our messages on whatever medium comes to hand, and hoping someone somewhere down the line lifts the lid and takes a peek.
